CANCELLATION POLICY
Below, you will find the cancellation fee charged if you cancel your reservation after the deadline for free cancellation.
You can cancel your reservation by clicking the link at the bottom of the confirmation email. Please follow the on-screen instructions.
If booking fees are included in the reservation, these fees are non-refundable.
If you decide you want to cancel your reservation, we recommend doing so as soon as possible.

Cancellation Fees
If the reservation is canceled more than 30 days before arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If canceled 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged, non-refundable. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged, non-refundable.
If you cancel your reservation and have already paid for the entire reservation or part of it online, this amount will be refunded to you after deducting cancellation fees (with the exception of non-cancellable, non-refundable offers).

CANCELLATION POLICY
100% of the accommodation price 14 days prior to arrival
For non-refundable reservations, 100% of the accommodation price is charged immediately upon booking, with no refund available.

PAYMENT TERMS
100% payment will be charged within 48 hours of receiving the reservation

TAX
The rates shown include VAT. Upon arrival, you may be charged an accommodation tax (local tax).

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
You will be able to check into your room or apartment at the time listed below. On the day of departure, you must vacate the room/apartment by the time listed below at the latest. If you stay in the room longer, you may be charged a fee.
We recommend specifying your estimated arrival time in the “Notes or Additional Information” field on the booking form, especially if you think you might arrive late.
Check-in time: 3:00 PM–8:00 PM
Latest check-out time: 10:00
Reception hours: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM

PAYMENT AND RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
The following paragraph specifies the amount you must pay to confirm and guarantee your reservation.
Any additional services (bar, telephone, etc.) not specifically included in the rate must be paid for on site.

PAYMENT AND CURRENCY
100% of the total amount (excluding additional services) will be charged upon booking.
The amount will be charged to your account in EUR

Staying with a dog is not permitted.

For reservations made on or after April 6, 2020, we recommend that you consider the risks associated with the coronavirus (COVID-19) and related government measures. If you book an option without flexible terms, you may not be eligible for a refund. Your cancellation request will be handled directly by the accommodation based on the terms you selected or, where applicable, based on consumer protection laws. In these uncertain times, we recommend booking an option with free cancellation. If your travel plans change, you will be able to cancel your reservation without fees during the period covered by the free cancellation policy.

Starting April 6, 2020, the cancellation terms you select will apply to your booking, regardless of the situation regarding the coronavirus. We recommend that you book an option with free cancellation in case your travel plans change.
